These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Armour Guard Fence Inc. website and any services provided by Armour Guard Fence Inc. ("AGF", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Armour Guard Fence Inc. provides the manufacture, supply, and installation of steel fencing products including but not limited to privacy fences, semi-privacy fences, gates, decorative screens, and steel railings. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or accepted quotation.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by AGF are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material quantities, or changes requested by the client. A quote is not a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties.

3. Installation

AGF will perform all installation work in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable Canadian standards and local building codes. The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits prior to commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement or invoice. AGF reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate prescribed by applicable law. AGF retains ownership of all materials until full payment is received.

5. Warranty

AGF products benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on COLORBOND® steel components. Workmanship is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation completion, covering defects in installation that arise under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGF's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. AGF is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Armour Guard Fence Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
